Favourite learning moment

One of my favourite moments is when a project really clicks – a strong budget, a clear plan, and everything running on time and within margin. I get a real buzz from bringing that clarity together… it’s safe to say I’m a bit of a Project Management geek.

My experience

I’ve spent over seven years at NKD leading the project management of global leadership programmes, partnering closely with Solutions teams and senior clients to deliver complex, high-impact work. I started my career as a teacher, so a passion for learning and how people engage with it has always come naturally to me. Moving into Project Management, I’ve built my career around bringing structure, pace, and energy to delivery.

Now leading the PM function, I focus on building confident teams, simplifying how we work, and helping teams deliver brilliant work in a way that feels clear, sustainable, and commercially strong.
