This toolkit is designed to drive engagement with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at work. Get Started with DEIB outlines the business case and human case for DEIB – to optimise knowledge, opportunity and allyship.
The toolkit comprises eLearning (for everyone), leadership tools for strategic impact and personal insight, team activities and a resources library. Every learning activity and tool promotes positive conversation about issues related to DEIB and promotes workplaces where people feel like they are heard, valued and belong.
