Favourite learning moment

Being a ‘pod facilitator’ for one of our learning programmes. It was such an energetic, immersive environment, and knowing it helped shape how people connected with their company made it especially impactful. 

My experience

My career started in large-scale event management, where I designed and delivered high-energy, high-impact experiences for diverse audiences – from global sporting events to leadership forums. Those environments taught me how to create moments that truly engage people, build connection, and leave a lasting impression.

Today, I bring the same mindset from my event management background into my role at NKD. In Business Development, I help shape experiential learning solutions that feel less like traditional training and more like meaningful experiences – immersive, human, and designed to shift how people show up and perform at work.
