Aimee Maurer
(She/Her/Hers)I primarily manage the large-scale TTFs (Train the Facilitator) and rollouts for our clients. I look after the budget, timeline, resourcing, logistics, whilst also focusing on creating and keeping strong relationships with our clients and associates.
Observing and experiencing my very first pilot. After putting months of hard work into it behind the scenes, it was incredibly rewarding finally watching it come to life. It really deepened my understanding of our solutions processes and helped me develop in my role.

Singing is one of my biggest passions… so you’ll have to keep the mic away from me!
I have over 7 years of Project Management experience, which kicked off in the fast‑moving world of Telecoms in Canada. Since then, I’ve taken those skills and brought them into the Learning and Development world at NKD.

I genuinely love connecting with people, building relationships, and making others laugh whenever I can – through the good days, and especially through the harder ones.

Work I’m proud of
One of my first projects to manage was for Hillebrand Gori: the Certified Wine+ Forwarder module. It’s a fantastic programme, and working with an incredible client and project team made it memorable for me both personally and professionally.
I was also involved in the Royal Mail Step Up to Change module rollout. This was a significant achievement, delivering the programme 156 times across the UK to over 3,000 managers within the organisation.
One of the first rollouts I managed was for DHL Express, developing their leaders. Its formula is truly unique and has a powerful impact on strengthening team connections across the business. This rollout is now in its eighth cohort, which I’m proud to be part of.
I’m passionate about our support of Bloody Good Period
