(She/Her/Hers)As Director of Project Management, I lead a team of Project Directors and Project Managers who are responsible for delivering all our projects on time, on budget, to the highest standards. I work closely with our Senior Leaders across NKD to ensure we are running projects effectively, maintaining operational excellence, whilst always keeping our clients front of mind.
Seeing the impact our work has on a global scale and how it changes people’s lives professionally and personally.

I saw our solutions resonate first-hand when I attended a global CIM Graduation ceremony in Athens. There were hundreds of people there celebrating the huge milestone of completing our academy of training. They were calling their families in their graduation gowns, emotional they were being recognised for all they’d achieved at a higher-educational level. They shared how they’d now become better colleagues, friends, parents, siblings because they’d grown in emotional intelligence, communication skills and self-management. It really stuck with me and gave me a real sense of purpose, it’s a huge motivator for me in delivering the best work I can.
Following University, I wanted to join a company that was creative, with a people-focused purpose. Once I found NKD in 2012, I never left! Having joined in an entry-level role, I’ve progressed through the Project Management team (taking on 7 different roles over the years!) to where I am now.

I’m passionate about creating impactful work we’re always proud of, working with our clients to achieve their strategic goals, maintaining strong, meaningful relationships – and having fun whilst doing it!

Projects I’ve worked on
For the past six years I’ve worked with a global logistics company on a Customer Service academy of modules, delivering world-class Customer Service training on a global scale. It reaches most countries around the world, giving advisors the tools in how to deliver great Customer Service, whilst following Global Standard Operating Procedures and logistics processes within various systems. This programme stands out for its innovation, digitalisation, effective use of AI, and international success.

For the same global logistics company, I worked on the original modules for their supervisors’ academy. It laid the foundation for most of our current leadership training, and it’s award winning.
I helped create pride and excitement through blended learning for Iberia and its cabin crew community. The project launched the new service and leadership principles across the whole organisation.
