(He/Him/His)As Chief Operating Officer, I work with our Senior Leadership Team to shape and lead NKD’s strategy, growth and success – balancing the delivery of strategic goals, business results, our customer solutions, and employee engagement. In none-corporate speak, I make sure we have a plan and the resources, and the right people in the right place at the right time, to do what we do!
I feel like I learn from our team every single day – they bring such knowledge and expertise, whether that’s in organisational psychology, design, communications, or digital solutions and AI.

I love knowing that we are making the world of work better for our clients, and at the same time creating a great place to work for our team. Outside of NKD, I volunteer as a Trustee on the board of the charity The London LGBTQ+ Community Centre.
I’m a shop boy at heart, with over 20 years in retail combined with 23 years in people and learning and 19 years in leadership roles has all instilled in me an enduring passion for Customer Experience and employee experience.

During my time as a Solutions Director at NKD I led on projects with LNER, ibis hotels, and DHL Group.
