(He/Him/His )I lead the NKD Finance team, helping us take care of planning, reporting, and making sense of the numbers, while working closely with the NKD leadership team on opportunities to grow.
Each year, when we come together with our ITA colleagues, I learn more about our collective solutions and global impact. It keeps me inspired and makes me proud to be a part of the ITA Group Community of Companies.
My experience
I started out in Accountancy practice before moving into Finance roles in growing businesses. Much of my career has been spent helping agencies scale – putting structure around growth, handling the impact of change, and finding clarity in the numbers as complexity increases. That experience led me to NKD, where growth, creativity and commercial reality come together.
Projects I’ve worked on
As a member of NKD’s Senior Leadership Team, I help to set the company’s strategic direction – making sure we hit our targets, whilst staying close to our core purpose of making the world of work better. I also work with ITA’s Finance team to deliver the Group’s financial strategy, I enjoy working with our colleagues across the pond and the collaboration that comes with it.
