Secondly, I manage and implement our NKD Measurement solutions, designed to add a way to measure our impact on the people we make the world of work better for.
Favourite learning moment
One of my favourite memories at NKD has been completing and delivering our first Measurement Reports for Hillebrand Gori, providing a way to have meaningful insights on one of our NKD learning solutions. The fruits of, quite literally, years of labour and design.
My experience
My background has been in social sciences with a focus on quantitative research. It’s been an absolute privilege to have the opportunity to apply my interest and skills in the context of what I work on at NKD. They’ve served me well in both delivering projects as a Project Manager, and in delivering impactful measurement solutions.
I started my role at NKD as a Project Executive and have grown my remit steadily over my time here, with learnings from loads of meaningful projects.
Projects I’ve worked on
A series of leadership development modules across a global and world-renowned Logistics company, aimed to provide a standard for managers and supervisors in their business.
DHL Group First Choice was a large project aimed at customer centricity within DHL Group. The goal was to empower people in the business to always put the customer first and focused on the mindset and tools necessary to do so.
NKD Measurement is another significant, and ongoing, project aimed at quantifying the impact of learning and development on wider business objectives with our clients. We want to introduce a meaningful and objective approach to engage with the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of our programmes matter.
