Favourite learning moment

Running a high‑level design lab with a client — infectious energy, bold ideas and a playful challenge. Co‑creating in the room, learning from each other, and walking away as a stronger team with an even better programme design.

My experience

I’m an Organisational Psychologist with over five years of experience in Learning and Development, working across culture change, leadership, high‑performing teams, and performance coaching. I’m BPS TUOA and TUOP accredited and a Lumina Spark practitioner, with experience across both public and private sectors. At NKD, I love collaborating with clients to design bold, human‑centred, evidence‑based experiences that spark great conversations, stretch thinking, and drive real behavioural change – always with high energy and plenty of laughter.

Fun fact: during lockdown I created a blog, ‘Method in the Madness’, to make Organisational Psychology more accessible – because we spend so much of our lives at work, we all deserve to feel valued, listened to, and connected.

Projects I’ve worked on

Less than a year into my time at NKD, it’s safe to say I’ve been pretty busy! Without naming names, I’ve designed and supported global leadership development programmes as well as large‑scale culture initiatives. Working collaboratively as client teams to turn complex, global challenges into engaging, practical experiences that land.
