Favourite learning moment
My favourite learning moments come from co‑creating with clients and colleagues – trust is built when ideas can be challenged, and that’s really when people start to connect the dots between insight, action and real change.
My experience
With over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, I specialise in Leadership Development, personal mastery and Performance Coaching. It’s so important to me that my work is grounded in strong human connection – I build honest and open relationships that make space for conversations and collaborative problem‑solving. I’m passionate about designing practical, inclusive learning experiences so that leaders can show up with clarity, confidence and authenticity. It’s the best way to turn strategy into everyday impact across organisations.
Projects I’ve worked on
At NKD, I’ve worked on a wide range of impactful programmes – including a launch and post‑change co‑creation for a foundation module at the world’s biggest Logistics organisation, a cultural transformation for DHL eCommerce, as well as a Supervisory Academy design. I’ve also worked on Customer Service programmes for known brands such as Virgin and VTG, and many more.

My work spans Leadership, Customer Experience and Operational Culture – I’m always focused on embedding learning that sticks, supporting people through change.
