Facilitating our Train the Facilitator sessions is always a real highlight for me. Supporting people to grow in confidence and develop their facilitation skills, and seeing them leave ready to create brilliant learning experiences for others… never gets old.
My experience
I’ve spent the last 10 years + working with NKD as a Solutions Consultant, alongside running my own learning solutions business, designing and delivering engaging programmes for teams across a wide range of sectors from start-ups to global brands. I come from a hospitality background (which is also a passion), which helps me bring a practical, people‑first approach to the learner experiences I help to create.
For me it’s about great learning design, facilitation excellence, and bringing energy (and fun) into the room.
Projects I’ve worked on
I designed our ‘Welcoming AI’ workshop and bringing it to life for over 800 participants at the annual ITA Group Summit was a proud moment. This experience reflects my passion for creative, people‑centred solutions that spark confidence, curiosity and real change.
This was a real standout for me – I supported the design and facilitation of this fun, memorable solution that genuinely shifted service behaviour and improved customer interactions.
