My favourite NKD learning moment was facilitating my first Learning Design Lab because I love to see wild ideas becoming reality. I always leave our labs feeling inspired by our team’s thoughtfulness, and ready to create more unforgettable learning experiences for our clients.

My experience
I’m a strategic learning and customer experience leader with over 15 years’ experience across consultancy and B2B SaaS environments. My background spans product, learning design, and customer experience, including co‑founding and scaling a learning technology business from start‑up to scale‑up. I specialise in Customer Experience and operational design within the Learning and Development industry. As Director of Solutions at NKD, I combine strategic thinking with creativity and delivery, motivated by a belief in learning as a powerful way to unearth opportunities for people at work and beyond.
Projects I’ve worked on
ctLead is a leadership development experience, designed to strengthen leadership capability and a shared sense of direction across a fast‑growing, global technology organisation. The experience helped leaders connect their personal brand and milestones to the wider commercetools story, design and embed new leadership behaviours, and build confidence in areas such as influencing, storytelling, and setting direction, through highly interactive, experience‑led learning.
Royal Mail’s Step Up to Change was a large-scale, fast-paced, in‑person change experience that brought leaders together around a clear transformation narrative.

IAG Cargo’s Leading the Way is a multi-stage leadership experience designed to build a shared leadership language and a delivery‑focused culture across the business, combining core leadership foundations with applied, at‑work learning.
