(She/Her/Hers)I work as a Project Director for some of our key accounts, notably Australia Post. With oversight of accounts and individual projects, I think of myself as the ‘glue’ that brings our teams together to deliver outsized impact for our clients and their teams.
I have a fond memory of travelling to Australia for a client walkthrough and pilot of a programme for Australia Post. This was my first time in the country and meeting the client and people there.
To see our work come to life, with real people, to see Australia Post’s operations at work, and the delight on participants’ and clients’ faces when the product came together made everything really click for me, and was hugely gratifying.
My experience
Having spent much of my childhood abroad, I developed a global perspective that still shapes my work today. I started my career in the events industry, with film premieres and experiential campaigns, gaining experience in delivering high-impact projects under pressure. Now a Project Director with five years of experience at NKD, I specialise in turning complex ideas into engaging, meaningful programmes that connect with diverse audiences and drive real impact. I bring structure to complexity, and drive projects from vision to execution with clarity and accountability, whilst engaging the different teams at NKD to deliver for our clients, and have fun along the way!
Projects I’ve worked on
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a range of clients during my time at NKD as well as across the ITA Group. I worked on ‘One ITA’ – a cross-company workshop delivery for over 800 people at our annual Summit in the US. The collaboration, skills and expertise of our diverse ITA Group truly shone here, and it was inspiring to see. I’ve also seen the impact our work with our valued clients at Australia Post has had and I’m proud of both the growth of the account and the strong relationships we’ve built despite the distance!

Work I’m proud of
I was proud when our team won the award for best HR LD & OD Supplier at the 2024 CIPD People Management award. Seeing our work with Australia Post being recognised was very rewarding. We later went on to win our intercompany ‘SPARK’ award at the 2025 annual Summit.
