Kate Flowerdew
(She/Her/Hers)I partner with our clients to deliver business outcomes by developing capability and engagement in their teams.
I love developing programmes that are inherently designed around inclusion and wellbeing. The sense of belonging, purpose and mutual respect that was built (and continues to evolve and develop) through many programmes I’ve been a part of is so inspiring and rewarding.

My experience
One of my proudest achievements was completing my Masters in Coaching. Coaching, coupled with wellbeing, is the work I’d do even if I had a big lottery win! In fact, having spent many years building a recruitment business in Australia and coaching leaders across the globe in multiple sectors, ‘talent’ is my passion. I build coaching philosophies and approaches into our client solutions, so that as many individuals as possible have the opportunity to achieve their potential at work and contribute to business performance in a personalised and meaningful way. Why does it work? Because it connects individual development to a broader strategic story.
We’ve seen and measured how the application of simple tools for self-awareness and trust building results in teams that are more engaged and effective, helping to transform organisational culture.

Projects I’ve worked on
KWS Seed2Lead has been such an exciting programme to design and deliver – it’s a fantastic example of blended learning at its best and the leaders going through the programme have given feedback on how much the coaching and mentoring lifted their experience even more.
Another great project to be part of was a recruitment programme on ‘hiring like never before’ for a leading logistics company because I was able to put 12 years of recruitment experience to good use to help create a fun and engaging programme.
