My experience
I started in Marketing before moving into live events, working with brands such as Microsoft, Prudential, Barclays and BUPA. I became interested in how clients could sustain the energy from the events when they returned to work, which led me into internal communications with Vodafone in the UK and Egypt, and Diageo, where I learned to engage large, diverse audiences across different cultures and geographies.
Running 6 workshops simultaneously for DHL Global Forwarding to launch their Certified International Forwarder culture programme to their top 120 leaders.

Seeing the ‘eureka’ moments in the room as sceptical leaders understood the impact the module would have on their people was the start of an amazing programme that has delivered outstanding results for over a decade.

Projects I’ve worked on
I’ve collaborated with clients across the globe to design and deliver effective classroom, digital and work-based solutions. I’ve helped transform operational, customer-centric and leadership cultures at all levels, from operational and customer-facing frontline to supervisors, and team leaders to C-suite leaders. I’ve been able to apply my creative storytelling skills to create learning that engages participants in surprising ways, provoking transformational conversations that change thinking and behaviours in the workplace.

Fun fact: The annual NKD Christmas awards also fall under my jurisdiction, I take a lot of pride in spreading festive cheer and recounting the year that’s passed.
