Being part of a client’s fast-paced change management programme that helped prepare their employees for significant business changes. It was so rewarding to observe how their mindset shifted from an initial sense of apprehension to a sense of accountability and readiness for the transition.
My experience
I have a degree in Psychology and a specific interest in Occupational Psychology, focusing my studies on wellbeing in the workplace. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built a career in Project Management, working across Creative Advertising, the Charity sector and Learning and Development. Having come full circle, I now combine my Project Management expertise with my long‑standing passion for improving the world of work, bringing structure, creativity and a people‑centred lens to everything I do.
At NKD, I’m known for staying calm when things get busy!
My happy place would be the beach – where I’d be sipping a morning coffee as the ultimate fuel for my day.
