Favourite learning moment

My favourite learning moment at NKD so far was attending the ITA Summit in Des Moines, Iowa, where I experienced an NKD facilitator‑led session for the first time and saw first‑hand how our work truly engages people.

My experience

Before joining NKD, I earned a BA in English with Film and an MA in Literature and Culture, both from University College Dublin. I then moved into editorial and content roles, writing for publications including Heat, Grazia UK, Closer, and Hot Press. This background sharpened my eye for detail and my ability to communicate clearly – skills I now apply at NKD to support high‑quality, well‑run project delivery.

Projects I’ve worked on

At NKD, I support a range of projects, working closely with Project Managers to help coordinate logistics, documentation, creative reviews, and quality assurance. I’ve mainly supported a large‑scale learning and leadership programme for a major banking client in Asia, ensuring delivery runs smoothly across teams. Alongside client work, I’m also part of the NKD social committee ‘Celebrate’, helping to organise events that strengthen team connection and culture.
