Favourite learning moment

My favourite learning moment was experiencing my first pilot almost 5 years ago. Seeing how everything comes together and is experienced firsthand is something so special to be a part of.

My experience

I have eight years of Project Management experiences, spanning across OOH advertising, Pharma and now Learning and Development for the last 5 years. Before my career started, I did my Post Graduate diploma in Entrepreneurship where I ran a business from start to finish. This is where I had my first taste of Project Management, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing budgets, and ensuring quality standards were met.

My first Project Management experience not only shaped my skill set but also sparked a lasting appreciation for the care, curiosity, and responsibility it takes to bring ideas to life.

Projects I’ve worked on

I’ve worked on a wide array of projects during my career at NKD and have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work for a wide range of clients. Most recently, I’ve worked on a project that will be rolled out to all leaders, globally, in one of the world’s largest logistics companies, refreshing content and elevating the learning so that it’s relevant and can have a long-lasting impact.
