We partnered with F1® Arcade to develop an immersive learning experience, giving leaders at all levels the power to keep their teams’ energy tanks topped up, ultimately enabling them to Lead to Win.
The challenge
Accelerated growth means opening new F1® Arcade venues at Formula 1 speed without losing connection to the inspiring values and seamless entertainment experience this unique business is founded on.
Sustained high performance is enabled by rapid recruitment, relentless team development, and promoting team members based on possibility rather than capability. All the while delivering an exhilarating experience that inspires guests to recommend and return. That’s a lot of pressure for leaders to shoulder. So, we needed to get them race ready.
The solution
Leading to Win is built on a powerful formula that fuels F1® Arcade’s pursuit of excellence – Unconventional Care. As F1® Arcades open at pace globally, Unconventional Care enables them to spark 10,000s of Small, Remarkable Moments for teams and guests, fuelling engagement and loyalty.
The 2-day programme and toolkit takes leaders through a series of slot car races based on F1 circuits – each one reinforcing the F1® Arcade brand personality and leadership behaviours. As the race season progresses, leaders refine their mindset and skills to deliver the F1® Arcade strategy and optimise team performance.
- Race 1 is all about the pursuit of excellence – delivering Small, Remarkable Moments for guests and developing strengths-based leadership
- Race 2 optimises energy sources to drive resilience and high performance
- Race 3 keeps integrity at the heart of feedback conversations using the F1A-CODE coaching method
- Race 4 provides the SPARK to ignite team performance – a new way to deliver impactful team briefs and make sure every team member and guest leaves feeling like they want to come back
