Back in 2014, one of the UK’s biggest supermarkets came to us with a major problem… a competitor was entering the home delivery market. This would see 51 stores impacted and the potential for lots of lost revenue.

But NKD were on hand to help! We helped 18,000 delivery drivers reignite their passion, equipping them with the skills and capability to take on difficult situations, as well as ensuring that they know what matters most to customers – helping deliver their customer promise. And it didn’t stop there! After the work we did with the drivers, we designed a leadership programme for more than 1,600 of their leadership team.
