ONE AMAZING CELEBRATION.

 

 

51 Supervisors this week became the first ever graduates from the CIM Supervisory Excellence Academy; and we were fortunate enough to be there to celebrate with them.

It was only right that a programme run in 21 different languages was celebrated on a global scale, and to do this DHL Express took over The Atlantis in Dubai.

1000 Senior Leaders from the business joined the 51 Supervisors to attend the FOCUS 2020 conference, celebrate an amazing year for the business, and focus on continuing the unrivalled growth DHL Express has had over the last 8 years.

Not only did our intrepid Supervisors, who have been with us on the journey from the very start, get to network with the most senior leaders in the business, they had two days of celebrations curated just for them by the same minds who put together the Academy – us.

We are exceptionally proud of seeing the amazing personal growth and journey these Supervisors have been on, and we have been so lucky to be part of.

We’d like to thank DHL Express for involving us and enabling us to be on the journey with them alongside all our partners.
