LGBTQ+ History Month: Resource Pack
February is LGBTQ+ History month in the UK. NKD celebrated LGBTQ+ History Month by celebrating the LGBTQ+ community’s contributions to the production of film and cinema from ‘Behind the Lens’.
In line with the theme ‘Behind the Lens’, we have been showcasing amazing LGBTQ+ directors, screenwriters, actors and beyond. We created a calendar full of impactful and trailblazing LGBTQ+ films, documentaries and series that you can watch to educate yourself, be inspired by, and celebrate.
Get involved
To keep such a powerful theme going, we’ve created a resource pack where you can view all the LGBTQ+ ‘Behind the Lens’ content we’ve shared during the month of February. We want this resource pack to act as a hub which anybody can access to educate themselves on the theme, celebrate the LGBTQ+ talent ‘Behind the lens’, support LGBTQ+ film and theatre charities and more.
That being said, we would love for you to get involved and let us know if we’ve missed out any LGBTQ+ films, documentaries, series, podcasts and charities that you would like to see in the resource pack.
