Favourite learning moment

I learn best when working with a red-hot group of highly engaged leaders and teams – which has been many! The stand-out being the design and delivery of a hackathon event series, to over 300 leaders, for a world-renowned airport leadership team. It was a combination of function, fun, and facilitation.

My experience

I have a foundation in hands-on, down-in-the-dirt operational management, combined with two decades of senior partnering roles in HR, Leadership, Learning, and Talent Development. I have consulted internally and externally, across continents, leading to deep transformation expertise.

If I was to describe my NKD superpower – it is deep empathy for employees delivering value at the coal face, and leveraging this to build impactful, engaging and human solutions.

Projects I’ve worked on

Over the last 10 years I’ve worked with national airports, international post and parcel operators, supermarket supply chains, TV broadcasters, and more. I’ve worn many hats – a Facilitator, Consultant, Director, and Chief-of-Coffee, to name a few! My aim for each and every project was to increase the connection and clarity between leaders and their teams to the business strategy.
