Favourite learning moment

I love the variety of workplaces that I become part of at NKD. My favourite moments are being able to visit our clients to see their teams in action, whether they’re in an office, a warehouse or a shipping vessel.

My experience

My experience in Learning and Development started over 10 years ago on the client side! As a Learning and Development Specialist at ALDI, I managed our suppliers and leadership development programmes before moving to AO where I became a Digital Learning Lead. I continued my career in digital learning, successfully running my own blended learning consultancy for four years. I worked on a number of projects with NKD where I grew to love their approach to learning and joined as a permanent employee in October 2025.

Projects I’ve worked on

I’ve been lucky enough to work on many projects with NKD and I’ve especially enjoyed seeing the impact that a blended learning approach has on organisational culture. One of my favourite projects was with an Australian national broadband network where we developed a podcast series to support developing the ownership of company security.

Another of my favourite projects shared the immense impact we had on improving respect and inclusion in the workplace at a global transport and logistics company.
