My career highlight has been ‘Our AP Way’ for Australia Post Group. I’m so proud to work with an iconic Australian brand as they modernise their business, helping shape a culture that helps them deliver for Australia for the next 200 years.
My experience
Like many of us at NKD, my path has been a bit unconventional: after gaining my Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts (Theatre Studies and English) degree from University of NSW in Australia, I worked as a Drama and English teacher, eventually becoming Head of Drama before moving into the world of learning design and employee experience. My teaching background and interest in storytelling still shapes everything I do – from the solutions I direct and design, to how I work with clients.
Projects I’ve worked on
As well as storytelling, I’ve also been curious about how digital tools and technology enhance the classroom training experience. I’ve designed tablet-based classroom solutions, immersive digital simulations, as well as virtual classrooms.
A project I’ve been fortunate enough to lead on that combines storytelling and digital is Caring, Knowing, Doing.
