My experience
With over two decades in senior Learning and Development global roles and running my own business, I’ve designed and delivered solutions across diverse sectors including business schools, new startups, distribution, Buying and Merchandising. I specialise in leadership development, business competencies, and performance management. I’m a qualified psychometric practitioner and coach, passionate about understanding how people tick, and supporting them to succeed in work and life. My purpose is to help people be their best selves.
Fun fact: I love travelling, and have explored over 55 countries, some multiple times! My fascination with people and culture is key to my role at NKD.
Projects I’ve worked on
I’ve worked on impactful leadership and supervisory initiatives for DHL Group, spanning Express, IAG Cargo and DG Freight Forwarding. I led the Hillebrand Gori ‘Welcome to My Company’ programme, engaging over 1,500 participants worldwide, and receiving 90% positive feedback. Currently, I’m energised by a new challenge with Life Sciences and Healthcare, championing pride and ownership in “Connecting People. Improving Lives.”
